Georgetown University Special Collections Aeon Request System

**The Booth Family Center for Special Collections and the Woodstock Theological Library have begun taking limited reproduction request orders through the Aeon system. To submit a reproduction request, please login to your Aeon account and follow the normal reproduction request procedure. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, current University guidelines prohibit the in-person use of materials by anyone other than Georgetown students, faculty, and staff who have been approved to be on campus. Welcome to Georgetown University Special Collections request system. Please use this system to request materials in the Booth Family Center for Special Collections and the Woodstock Theological Library. Researchers are required to created an Aeon account in order to request access to materials from the collections or to request reproductions of materials. Once your account is created, you can submit a requests directly through your Aeon account.

Appointments made through this system require at least two days notice. For same-day or next-day appointments, please contact Special Collections staff to make arrangements. Please be aware that access to certain collections requires advance notice as many of our collections are stored offsite.
